A belated study on the Morecambe Bay tragedy (2018): On the evening of 5 February 2004 at Morecambe Bay, North West England, 21 undocumented Chinese cockle pickers were drowned by an incoming tide. Making the film essay was my effort to go beyond the British media's coverage of the incident to understand why it happened.
